Before you get in touch

Why is my air conditioner not cooling as it should?

Reduced cooling can have several causes, including restricted airflow, a setting that needs attention or a fault within the system. Note any error code and when the problem occurs. A service assessment can help identify what needs attention.

What should I include about my air conditioner?

The make and model, whether it is a split or ducted system, any error code, and a description of the issue are useful. Attach clear photographs to your email if you can do so safely, without opening covers or touching wiring.

How often should my system be serviced?

The right interval depends on the equipment, how often it runs, its surroundings and the manufacturer’s guidance. Tell Michael about the system and its use to discuss a suitable maintenance schedule.
